Forators are type of wielder. Their skin has a large range of colors, ranging from bright white to blueish hues, and even vibrant orange. They have long, thin, pointy ears. Their most defining trait is their rapid healing abilities.
Megrators are a type of wielder. They are typically taller than forators and pergans. Along with slightly smaller pointy ears, they have two horns on the top of their head. Their skin has a limited range, only including a white to black spectrum. Their most defining trait is their physically tough skin.
Pergans are reptilian wielders. They vary from having humanoid bodies to snake-like bodies, with various combinations. They are around the same size as forators. Some may have two heads. Their most defining trait is their ability to regrow lost limbs.
Wardons are larger, stone-skinned wielders. In their culture, they do not use magic often. Their skin ranges from bluish hues to gray hues. They inrequently appear with greenish skin. Their most defining trait is their large stature and physical strength.
There are two main types of dragons: large ones and small ones. The small ones are more intelligent, often being able to speak, while the big ones are less so, and cannot fly.
Powerless, magicless, and never seen in the Collateral Realm. The only knowledge of them comes from various media recovered over the decades.
A rare descendant of the wardon family. They are less intelligent, solitary creatures. Fully grown, they can reach a height of two stories.
These ghostly figures are the remnants of souls with unfinished business. They drift around, mostly unable to interact with the physical world. They often find roles as extra staff at certain establishments, such as schools, libraries, or musuems.
These large, insectoid creatures live in deep caverns. They burrow under the surface, waiting to reveal themselves and consume their prey.

500 years ago, when The Spell was cast as usual, it resulted in several large changes over the realm. This endangered millions, and caused the high wielders to decide never to cast The Spell again
Ten years before Nathan entered the realm, the True Spellcasters attacked Nottingham's stronghold. They stole the Crystal of Content and destroyed the building, killing hundreds.
35 years before Nathan entered the realm, the very last official war ended. Its namesake comes from the fact that it was fought over a large iron deposit on Dwel.
